Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal information the EnthuLab website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It follows South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Who we are
The website enthulab.com is run by EnthuLab (Pty) Ltd, a South African company that includes EnthuLab Logistics and EnthuLab Learning. In POPIA terms, EnthuLab (Pty) Ltd is the responsible party for the personal information described here. For anything about your personal information, contact our Information Officer at suveshan.moodley@enthulab.com.
What we collect
- When you send us a message through a form on this site: your name, email address, company (if you give it) and your message.
- Visitor statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.
- Spam protection: our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical signals from your browser to tell people from bots.
Reading the guides doesn't need an account, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
We use the details you send only to reply to you and, for Logistics enquiries, to prepare a quote. We don't sell your information or add you to a mailing list.
Who else handles it
Form messages are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email service. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. Both may process information on servers outside South Africa. We only use providers that protect personal information to a standard comparable to POPIA.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we need them to deal with your request and to keep reasonable business records, and then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you,
- correct or delete it, or
- stop using it.
Email suveshan.moodley@enthulab.com and we'll respond. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
